I love your enthusiasm. I started my drops on June 11 and my day 26 is this Wednesday July 4. I have between 10 and 13 pounds to loose. I am 55 and generally healthy but have been more sedentary since I have retired.I have only lost 5 pounds so far and this is day 23.
Is that normal? Should i finish my bottle of drops instead of stopping on day 26? I would like to loose more. I heard that if you stop losing and feel really hungry you need to up your caloric intake however I am weary about doing that. Any suggestions.

best dose seems to be 20 units a day. That’s what I recommend to my coaching clients.

I have some questions about the diet. I am ordering the 43day kit. Is there anything that is something you would say burns fat with the hcg faster. Like green tea or hoodia.?
